VIRTUAL/DISTANCE DESIGN
Different than full-service, clients are responsible for overseeing work by secondary vendors (contractors and their subtrades, window or wall treatment installers, etc). We provide client with resources to oversee these vendors and will touch base with them if needed. Rest assured, we still create budgets and finish schedules, procure all furnishings, and by customizing your contract, even coordinate a final install.

Technology is your friend: uploading photos, Facetime, Zoom meetings, real-time spreadsheets, and even texting are the primary venues for meetings with these clients. Both efficient and highly effective!
Whether specific to one room, an open-concept floor, or even full-home -- this service is interactive, super fun (!), and requires a commitment to communication and deliverables between designer + client.

• We'll discuss project scope, advise + instruct on what needs submission (ie: photos + dimensions of the space(s) in-scope, and any items you intend to keep.) Budget for the project is addressed here in order for us to determine a realistic design proposal.
• Upon proposal being signed and retainer payment received in full, we get to work!

• Upon approval of mood, we start sourcing + curating recommended furniture for space(s)
Kick-off with (y)our team! That's us - and only us, all to yourselves! Virtually, of course.
• Walk us through the space, the aesthetic you (think) you aspire to create, any pain points requiring attention.
I want it all! We get it and that's what we aim for ;)
• Ordering - we work hand in hand with our trusted vendors to process all orders. Because your pieces are subject to shared-trade pricing (where applicable), we own this process from start to finish. Trust us when we say, you want it this way.
• Upon selections being ordered, we monitor + manage the schedule and all communications with vendors (and clients).
• Well in advance of delivery, a space plan document will be provided to clients, assisting you +/or the delivery team during the install phase.
